The 2026 career decision rate stands at 94.24% (compared to 94.97% the previous year), with 5.52% of graduates still undecided at graduation (up from 4.93%).

Record 379 students admitted to overseas universities, ranking first nationwide
A total of 379 students were admitted to overseas universities (a 183.09% increase from the previous year, +172 students), ranking first among all high schools in Japan*. Among them, 99 students gained admission to universities ranked within the top 100 of the Times Higher Education World University Rankings (a 112.50% increase, +11 students), demonstrating strong performance in elite university admissions.
Thanks to a specialized overseas university guidance team, students from the N High Group are able to pursue diverse academic paths at universities around the world.

205 admitted to national/public universities, 19 to former imperial universities, 91 to Waseda and Keio, 325 to GMARCH, 467 to Kansai-Kwansei-Dohritsu-Kin, 25 to medical schools, and 5 to Tokyo University of the Arts
Domestically, 205 students were admitted to national and public universities (a 106.77% increase, +13 students), and 19 to former imperial universities (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, and Kyushu Universities) (a 79.17% increase, -5 students).
In private universities, 91 students were admitted to Waseda and Keio Universities (a 110.98% increase, +9 students), 325 to GMARCH universities (Gakushuin, Meiji, Aoyama Gakuin, Rikkyo, Chuo, and Hosei) (a 122.18% increase, +59 students), and 467 to Kansai-Kwansei-Dohritsu-Kin universities (Kansai, Kwansei Gakuin, Doshisha, Ritsumeikan, and Kindai Universities) (an 83.84% increase, -90 students).
Additionally, 25 students were admitted to medical programs (a 178.57% increase, +11 students), including national/public universities such as Tohoku University, Nagasaki University, Kumamoto University, and Nara Medical University, as well as private institutions like Keio University.
In art and music universities, 114 students were admitted (a 158.33% increase, +42 students), including 5 to Tokyo University of the Arts (a 125.00% increase, +1 student).
At ZEN University, the affiliated online university, 1,788 students from the N High Group were admitted (a 106.81% increase from the previous year, +114 students).

For non-university pathways, students were admitted to vocational schools in creative and entertainment fields such as Bunka Fashion College, Mode Gakuen, and Tsuji Culinary Institute; in fashion, beauty, and food sectors including Bunka Fashion College, Mode Gakuen, and Tsuji Culinary Institute; and in medical and civil service fields such as Shuto Iko, Osaka Medical College, and Tokyo Legal & Civil Service Academy.
Additionally, students gained admission to specialized technical colleges such as Japan Airlines College, Toyota Tokyo Automotive College, and Kyoto University of Traditional Crafts.

Employment outcomes include placements in national civil service (General Positions), Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, Osaka City Hall, Niigata City Hall, Ground Self-Defense Force, Maritime Self-Defense Force, and Air Self-Defense Force. In the entertainment and publishing industries, graduates joined companies such as Shueisha Inc., Sony Music Artists Inc., Victor Entertainment Inc., and Stardust Promotion Inc.
Other placements include retail and food service companies like Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc., Lopia Inc., and Kura Sushi Co., Ltd.; tourism and service industries such as USJ (United States Japan), Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay Hotel, and Hankyu Hanshin Hotels; real estate and hospitality firms like Rib Max Co., Ltd.; and logistics and infrastructure companies such as Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. and Sakai Moving Center Co., Ltd.

'Multiple Mentor System' – A Team of Educators Supporting Each Student
The N High Group and N Junior Division have implemented a 'Multiple Mentor System.' In addition to daily life mentors, specialized departments for career guidance and career support organize information sessions and provide individual counseling, offering students multifaceted perspectives on their post-graduation futures.
Among students who advanced from N Junior Division to the N High Group and graduated, the 2026 university and higher education enrollment rate was 60.67%. Students who continued with the N High curriculum from junior to senior high school demonstrated higher enrollment rates.
For students aiming to study abroad, specialized overseas education staff provide country-specific guidance and individual consultations. Support spans all phases—from information sharing and career planning, to application preparation, procedures, student visa acquisition, dormitory application assistance, and building alumni networks after enrollment.
'ZEN Study' Supports Everything from Core Curriculum to Exam Preparation; 'Online Joint University Information Sessions' for Prospective Students
Students in the N High Group use the online learning system 'ZEN Study' for required coursework. The platform also offers university entrance exam preparation tailored to students' target schools. Extracurricular courses are structured by level—from foundational to Common Test preparation and advanced private university prep—covering even the most competitive university admissions.
Additionally, the school hosts 'Online Joint University Information Sessions' for university-bound students. In the 2025 academic year, 4,575 students participated.
6 Admitted to Tokyo and Kyoto Universities via 'Class H'; 2 to Minerva University via 'N Juku'
The 'Class H*' community supports students aiming for top universities, with current Tokyo University students and graduate students serving as Teaching Assistants (TAs). Through personalized study plans, career counseling, and original problem-solving challenges created by Tokyo University students, participants engage in high-level academic preparation.
This year, 3 students were admitted to the University of Tokyo and 3 to Kyoto University, totaling 6. Additionally, 5 students gained admission to overseas universities ranked within the top 100 of the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, including UCLA, the University of Melbourne, and Monash University.
'N Juku*' provides individualized tutoring for exam preparation, offering courses for the Common Test and top-tier universities, ensuring even students who feel behind can study with confidence.
