We started offering our summer menu in June 2026. (Here is a brief introduction)

[Summer Valley Dish] One whole spiny lobster. Lobster Thermidor, served with white sauce.

[Inn-style Grilled Shabu-shabu] A dish that allows you to enjoy the aroma of freshly grilled meat combined with the mellowness of an onsen egg.

Inn-style "Grilled Shabu-shabu" ~ "Hokkai no Kuro" (Hokkaido beef loin), okra, pumpkin, young corn, red and yellow bell peppers, and shiitake mushrooms ~

[Jozankei Finishing Sushi] Enjoy hand-pressed sushi made with Hokkaido brand rice "Fukkurinko," served with red miso soup.

This menu captures the feeling of summer.
