MEKTEC Opens New Headquarters in Minato-ku, Tokyo

MEKTEC, a group company of NOK Corporation, opened its new headquarters office in the Onarimon Yusen Building (Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo) on Monday, May 11, 2026. With this move, the company integrated its former Tokyo office (Ueno, Taito-ku, Tokyo) and consolidated headquarters functions that were previously dispersed across the Ushiku business site (Ushiku, Ibaraki) and the former Tokyo office.

This relocation and consolidation are aimed at strengthening the management foundation for future growth. By bringing together all company-wide functions such as corporate planning, sales, procurement, general affairs, human resources, and accounting into one location, the company intends to enhance departmental collaboration and streamline decision-making and internal coordination.

Furthermore, the new office is located in close proximity to the headquarters of NOK Corporation (Shiba-Daimon, Minato-ku, Tokyo), placing it in an ideal position for facilitating cooperation within the NOK Group. It will promote human interaction and the sharing of technology and information, leading to the creation of synergies across the entire NOK Group.
