NOMAD Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), which aims to share Nordic and Japanese lifestyles, signed an official agency agreement in January 2026 for the poster collection of the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Japan.
Established in 1958, the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art is one of Denmark's leading museums and is known as one of the 'most beautiful museums in the world.' It is famous for its space where nature, architecture, and art blend together, and has hosted exhibitions for world-renowned artists such as Picasso, Giacometti, and David Hockney. The museum's exhibition posters are highly acclaimed worldwide as a fusion of artistic expression and graphic design. The collection boasts over 200 posters featuring artists who have colored the museum's history, and it continues to grow.
While our company has been handling this poster collection since last year, we will further strengthen our development in Japan following this agreement.
Louisiana Museum of Modern Art Poster Exhibition From April 24 (Fri) to May 25 (Mon), 2026, a poster exhibition organized by IDÉE (Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd.) will be held at IDÉE Shop Roppongi.
This exhibition will feature 24 carefully selected posters that can be enjoyed as interior decor, including works by renowned artists such as Matisse and David Hockney. Original museum tote bags will also be sold, and a catalog will be gifted to those who purchase posters during the period (limited quantity).
Additionally, to mark the full-scale poster exhibition in Japan, representatives from the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art will visit Japan for a talk event on April 25 (Sat).
