First Overseas Logistics Facility Completed in Philippines' 'Cavite Project'

Nomura Real Estate and Philippine developer Federal Land's joint venture, FNG, has completed its first overseas logistics facility in the 600-hectare Cavite Project in the Philippines. Developed in partnership with Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. (UNIQLO), the facility is UNIQLO's largest logistics hub in Southeast Asia. Located in the rapidly growing logistics hub of Cavite province, the next-generation facility prioritizes worker comfort and safety by providing air conditioning, cafeterias, rest areas, and green spaces. It also reduces environmental impact through solar power and high-efficiency air conditioning. For business continuity and productivity, it features biometric access control and emergency generators. The facility is located within 'Riverpark North,' part of the 600-hectare, 30-year Cavite Project township spanning Imus and General Trias cities. The township will integrate residential, commercial, educational, and logistics functions. Future plans include residential developments, the opening of SM City General Trias in 2026, and a new Ateneo de Manila University campus in 2030.
