Niigata's Unexplored IT Talent Development Program 'ETSUZAN' Selected for the AKATSUKI Project

Socialups Inc. announced that its Niigata-based IT talent development program, 'ETSUZAN,' has been selected for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's 'AKATSUKI Project' for FY2026. This project supports the discovery and development of young IT talent in regional areas. With this selection, ETSUZAN will expand its target area from Niigata Prefecture to include Nagano Prefecture, promoting the development of young IT creators across a broader region. The 2026 creator recruitment is scheduled to begin on June 1, 2026. The program provides an environment where young people can focus on their technology and ideas to create products, supported by dedicated Project Managers.
