Notion Labs Japan will co-host a workshop event titled 'Build the Second Notion!' for university students preparing for or currently in the job-hunting process, in partnership with LiB Consulting, on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
This event features a practical program combining the 'T2D3' lite version business simulation game, provided by LiB Consulting, with a Notion-based self-analysis workshop. As part of Notion's student support through the Campus Leader Program, the event aims to facilitate industry understanding and deepen self-analysis for students embarking on their job search.
Workshop Program Highlights
'T2D3' Lite Version Business Simulation Experience This program allows participants to simulate the 'company management flow' from startup to expansion. By experiencing a series of decision-making scenarios, participants will deepen their understanding of industries and job functions while grasping the mechanics of corporate activities. In the game, teams compete to grow their company into a high-growth enterprise, similar to 'the second Notion'.
Notion Self-Analysis Sheet Workshop for Job Hunting LiB Consulting’s new graduate recruitment manager will distribute a Notion 'self-analysis sheet' template, which systematizes know-how gained from working with students. Participants will learn how to perform self-analysis and select companies hands-on during the session, gaining insights that can be applied to their future job hunting.
