A third-party telephone counseling service where teachers, who struggle every day, can take off the 'teacher' mask and breathe as an individual.

You do not need to provide your name or school name.

It's okay if you cannot speak clearly or organize your thoughts.

Just share your feelings slowly and honestly.

① When you notice concerning student behaviors, self-harm, or suicidal crisis

② When work pressure is overwhelming and your mental health is nearing its limit

③ When struggling with interpersonal relationships with colleagues or parents

④ When you want to vent painful emotions and organize your feelings

Calls are accepted anonymously.

Ongoing counseling is available upon request.

We also accept consultations from schools as institutions.

Counselors with qualifications such as Clinical Psychologist or Certified Psychologist will listen to your concerns.

【Counseling Period】

★ July 1, 2026 – February 27, 2027 (Reiwa 8 to Reiwa 9)

★ Wednesday to Saturday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (excluding holidays and year-end/new-year periods)

【Eligible Users】

School staff in the Kansai region (principals, vice-principals, nursing teachers, health department heads, other teaching staff, SSWs, SCs, etc.)

【Counseling Format】

Anonymous consultations are accepted. Each session is up to one hour in principle.

Ongoing counseling is available upon request.
