1. Background: Creating a society where kind people don't burn out. In fields like welfare, medicine, education, and nursing care, professionals face endless questions and deep pain. While they care for others, they often neglect their own care. This is a serious social issue. helpwell started in 2023 to address this. 2. Achievements: Over 350 people in 21 regions have experienced our 'dialogue spaces.' Participants have shifted from feeling their work has no value to feeling confident in their contributions. 3. This Year's Initiatives: We will launch training programs for 50 people, continue grants for regional facilitators, and hold a Supporter Care Symposium. Project: Crowdfunding from March 29 to April 30, 2026. Goal: 2 million yen.
