Living Gallery to Host Matchmaking Event "Livi Kon": A Casual Party for People in Their 30s

Living Gallery Co., Ltd. (NSG Group) will host "Livi Kon," a matchmaking event exclusively for people in their 30s, on Saturday, July 25, 2026. The event is a certified event under Niigata Prefecture's project to support matchmaking and relationships.

Following the first event last year, which received more applications than expected and high satisfaction rates, this year's event will be the second of its kind.

As part of its efforts to combat the declining birthrate, Niigata Prefecture is promoting the creation of opportunities for people to meet in order to improve the trends of staying unmarried or marrying late.

Under our purpose of "Together with people, town, and living," we planned this event as an initiative to support the life events of the younger generation in the region.

The first "Livi Kon" held in 2025 attracted a large number of applications immediately after registration began, and received high praise in participant surveys, with comments such as "The atmosphere was good" and "It was easy to talk."

In response to this positive feedback, we decided to continue holding the event this year.

Since July 2025, our company has been a sponsoring company for the Niigata Prefecture Marriage Support Passport "mari*pass," and provides services to those within two years before or after marriage and members of "Heart Match Niigata," including:

- 20% OFF brokerage fees (for properties managed by our company) - 20% OFF real estate sales brokerage fees

These services are also part of our efforts to promote regional marriage support.
