Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1973. After four years in DTP in the printing industry, he moved to Tom's Entertainment, which handled numerous hit works such as "Anpanman," "Lupin the Third," and "Detective Conan." For 16 years, he held various positions in planning, production, and sales. He was also deeply involved in both creative and business aspects, including literary work for anime based on original works by Monkey Punch, Takehiko Inoue, and Naruhiko Kyogoku.

In 2017, he established Codate Inc., focusing on the anime and video fields to develop content planning, production, and consulting. He currently lectures on anime business, content strategy, and scenario development, practicing initiatives that connect the industry with the creative現場 (genba - production site).

Furthermore, he provides flexible and practical support to companies, organizations, and projects seeking to create new value through an approach that combines "management perspective" and "field sensibility."
