Kaishi International High School of the NSG Group (Tainai City, Niigata Prefecture) will host a learning event for junior high school students.
[Global Challenge Camp 2026 – From Niigata to the World. From the World to Niigata.]
1. Purpose
Global Challenge Camp 2026 is a hands-on, project-based learning (PBL) program that integrates English, inquiry, and creative activities, using local resources such as Niigata Airport, history and food culture, and anime and creative industries as themes.
Participants will work on the mission of 'Promoting Niigata's charm to the world!' while exploring the region's attractions and challenges from a global perspective, developing their English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity.
Additionally, this initiative aims to create growth opportunities for aspiring middle school students nationwide by gathering them in Niigata to experience collaboration with diverse peers and real-world engagement, fostering future global leaders.
2. Concept
"Three Days Connected to the World"
English is not a subject but a communication tool. Students will work together with peers to discover Niigata's charm and challenge themselves to share it with the world.
