Newton Co., Ltd. has officially announced that the 'Officially Licensed SQUARE ENIX Cafe & Shop SHINJUKU,' a permanent facility produced in collaboration with Square Enix, will hold its grand opening on June 12, 2026.

Ahead of the official launch, a pre-opening phase will begin on May 30, 2026. During this period, visitors can enjoy a selection of preview menus and receive exclusive novelty items. Reservations for the pre-opening period will be available starting May 27 at 19:00 JST.

Concept and Layout The venue is a permanent facility combining a merchandise shop with a themed cafe. - 1F: Goods Space, featuring a wide array of official Square Enix merchandise. - 2F & 3F: Cafe Space, serving a 'Grand Menu' inspired by multiple major gaming franchises.

Usage and Reservations - Cafe Space: Operates on a 90-minute rotation. Priority is given to customers with advance reservations. A cover charge of 1,200 JPY is required, which includes one drink of choice and one random B4-size paper placemat from a selected title. Customers must also order at least one additional item. - Goods Space: Open to the general public regardless of cafe reservation status. Entry and purchase limits may be implemented during peak hours.
