MEX Kanazawa is one of the largest machinery industry trade shows in the Hokuriku region, held annually at the Ishikawa Prefecture Industrial Exhibition Hall. The purpose is to promote the distribution and technical exchange of metalworking/processing machinery and electrical/electronic equipment, contributing to the promotion and development of industry and trade. By finely controlling the gripping force according to the softness and size of the object, it achieves a gentle and stable grip, much like a human holding it. In addition, it uses AI control technology, allowing for real-time adjustments.

◆ Edible Oil Degradation Suppression Filter <First time exhibiting at MEX Kanazawa / Reference exhibit>

This is a degradation suppression filter for cooking oil used in filtration machines. It extends the life of cooking oil used for deep-frying by up to 30%, contributing to the reduction of cooking oil purchasing costs for food processing manufacturers and restaurants.
