Notice Regarding Changes of Representative and Officers

NTT Docomo Business Data Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Junichi Nojima) announced that it resolved the following personnel changes at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 25, 2026.

The changes in officers are scheduled to be officially decided at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors meeting on June 4, 2026.

1. Scheduled Representative Director and President Taichi Hiramatsu

2. Candidate for New Director Naohiro Shoji (Global Marketing Strategy, Marketing Department, R&D Marketing Division, NTT Corporation)

3. Directors Scheduled to Retire Junichi Nojima (Scheduled to join NTT Security Holdings Corporation) Junko Usui

Notes: - The assumption of office as Representative Director and President and the retirement of directors are scheduled for June 4. - The assumption of office of the new director is scheduled for July 1.
