Architectural design is led by Nikken Sekkei. While respecting the harmony and aesthetic consciousness cultivated by Rokubancho’s streetscape, the design aims to create homes that inherit essential values amid the evolving urban landscape. Leveraging the depth of the site, the spatial layout is planned so that the atmosphere gradually shifts from public to private as one moves from the street toward the residence. The exterior design combines a sense of solidity with urban lightness, harmonizing with the greenery of the outer moat and the surrounding neighborhood.

Landscape Design by Junsei Masui Design Studio

Landscape design is handled by Junsei Masui Design Studio. The concept is 'The Path of Transferred Scenery (Tokei no Michi).' The design aims to bring light, wind, and seasonal colors inherited from the outer moat into the residences. Approaches and lounges featuring natural stone and greenery create a gentle transition between the city and the home, forming a unique landscape characteristic of Rokubancho.

Leveraging the depth of the site, an approach from the street to the private residence is planned.
