OASIS FUND Limited Partnership (Co-General Partners: Kazuhide Hashida / Hiroyuki Takahagi, hereinafter "OASIS FUND"), which invests in the pre-seed/special situations domain and operates the Shibuya entrepreneur community "SHIBUYA STARTUP OASIS," is pleased to announce its business partnership agreement with freee K.K. (hereinafter "freee"). Through this partnership, freee will invest as a Limited Partner (LP) in OASIS FUND, and both parties will collaborate to create new businesses.

Additionally, starting today, we are broadly seeking consultations from entrepreneurs and those preparing to start businesses who resonate with the recruitment themes described below.

1. Background of the Partnership

OASIS FUND's strengths lie in co-founding and hands-on support from the seed stage, and it has built an entrepreneur network through "SHIBUYA STARTUP OASIS."

Meanwhile, freee's vision is to achieve a world where anyone can freely manage their business by providing overall optimization across operations as an "integrated management platform." Furthermore, leveraging its technical advantage of having enriched its Public API since its founding, freee aims to be the "easiest SaaS to use from AI" starting in 2026, promoting the provision of products and services that allow small and medium-sized enterprises to confidently utilize AI in their management. The evolution of such platforms is being realized faster and more broadly through collaboration with specialized services and startups emerging around them.

This partnership is a framework for OASIS FUND to co-found and provide initial investment in areas highly compatible with freee's platform, and to launch and nurture new businesses with an eye toward business collaboration with freee.

Joint Business Creation

Starting from challenges in the business field, OASIS FUND will co-found and provide initial investment to launch businesses.

Co-creation of Themes

We will combine freee's business expertise with OASIS FUND's entrepreneur network to jointly select themes to address.

Business Collaboration with freee

We will explore opportunities for business expansion through freee for launched businesses, including technical collaboration, support for the ecosystem and sales channels, and consideration of joint ventures.

Positioning of LP Investment

freee's LP investment in OASIS FUND is intended not only for financial returns but also as a medium-to-long-term commitment to strengthen the integrated management platform and its ecosystem.
