Odakyu Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo) announced the completion of its seventh logistics project, the 'Odakyu Real Estate Logistics Center Naruohama Cold Storage,' in March 2026. This marks the company's first-ever entry into the cold storage facility market.

### Key Features and Strategic Location The facility is located approximately 1.1 km from the Naruohama exit of the Hanshin Expressway Route 5 Wangan Line, providing excellent access to both Osaka and Kobe. With a bus stop located directly in front of the building, the site also offers advantages in securing a stable workforce.

Technically, the warehouse features adjustable temperature zones capable of being set between -25°C and +5°C, with some zones designated for +10°C to +25°C. To minimize environmental impact, the cooling system utilizes high-efficiency natural refrigerants. These efforts resulted in the facility earning an 'A' rank in CASBEE and a 'ZEB Ready' evaluation under the BELS certification system. BCP measures include placing critical machinery on the roof to prevent flood damage.

### Tenant Information Amako Transport Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Amagasaki, Hyogo) has already moved into the facility under a single-tenant lease agreement. As a logistics company specializing in warehousing, transportation, and distribution processing, Amako utilizes the site as a key hub for its operations in the Kansai region. The master lease allows for flexible operations tailored to specific customer needs.
