Odakyu SC Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Waichiro Hosoya) has established a new environmental statement: "Blue Connections for Life" (Japanese: 青でつなごう、ひと・まち・地球。).
Since its founding, the company has promoted initiatives for decarbonization and a circular society. Recognizing that its station-connected shopping centers are among the closest places to people's daily lives, the company aims to move beyond simple environmental load reduction by thinking and acting alongside local residents. Using its corporate color "blue" as a symbol, the company will drive initiatives that connect feelings for people, communities, and the Earth into concrete actions.
As the first phase of this statement, participatory environmental events will be held at seven operated commercial facilities in June 2026. These programs leverage regional characteristics and provide opportunities to learn about the environment through fun activities.
