Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay (Location: Urayasu, Chiba) announces that Masaharu Naruse has been appointed as the new President and Representative Director, effective May 21, 2026.

Masaharu Naruse, the new President, graduated from Keio University and joined Taisei Kanko Co., Ltd. (now Hotel Okura Co., Ltd.) in 1981. Since then, he has engaged extensively in hotel operation and management both domestically and internationally, holding key positions such as General Manager of Kyoto Hotel Okura (now Hotel Okura Kyoto) and President and Representative Director of Hotel Okura Tokyo. Having contributed to the enhancement of the Okura brand and the development of hospitality for many years, he is committed to utilizing his expertise to further elevate the value of the hotel by continuing to provide high-quality hospitality and a comfortable stay experience.
