Announcement of the Contract Award for the '2026 Tochigi-Vietnam Support Hub Project'

ONE-VALUE Inc. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President: Phi Hoa) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract for the '2026 Tochigi-Vietnam Support Hub Project' by Tochigi Prefecture.

About the Tochigi-Vietnam Support Hub Project: Since fiscal year 2024, Tochigi Prefecture has established the 'Tochigi-Vietnam Support Hub' (nicknamed 'Tochigi Hub') to provide centralized support for local companies in expanding their sales channels, setting up offices, attracting inbound tourism, and accessing information on high-skilled foreign talent, as well as coordinating with government agencies, higher education institutions, and private companies in Vietnam.

Since Governor Tomikazu Fukuda's top-level sales mission in fiscal 2019, Tochigi Prefecture has been building relationships with Vietnam. In the 'New Tochigi International Strategy' formulated in 2026, Vietnam is designated as a target country for the key project 'Promoting Overseas Expansion of Local Companies.'

ONE-VALUE Inc. has been commissioned by Tochigi Prefecture since 2024 to operate the 'Tochigi-Vietnam Support Hub' and provide comprehensive support to the prefecture and local companies.

Support Services: The hub provides the following services upon request: (1) Consultations: Responses to inquiries requiring reports, and basic research on laws and regulations. (2) Introductions/Arrangements: Business visits, introductions to potential partners, research arrangements, and advice on local transportation. (3) Coordination: Appointment setting with government agencies, universities, and private companies. (4) Interpreting: Arrangement and selection of interpreters. (5) On-site Support: Accompanying clients on site visits, exhibitions, and business negotiations.
