Ginza Onodera Revamps Menu at Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Seafood Bowl Store

The seafood bowl specialty store "Kaisendo Ginza Onodera" at Haneda Airport Terminal 1, operated by Ginza Onodera Co., Ltd., officially launched a major menu revamp on May 25, 2026.

With the concept of "From Ginza to the World," the Ginza Onodera brand operates 26 stores across three countries, serving traditional Japanese cuisines including sushi, tempura, teppanyaki, wood-fired cooking, and noodles. Several stores have been awarded a Michelin star, and their parent company, ONODERA GROUP, has won the top tuna auction at the Tokyo Toyosu market's New Year's event six times.

Since opening in the "Sora chika" food zone at Haneda Terminal 1 in September 2025, the store has served numerous travelers. The menu was redesigned from scratch to meet customer needs. The updated lineup of eight seafood bowls includes the premium "Kiwami," featuring tuna from the renowned wholesaler Yama-yuki, fresh sea bream, large scallops, and head-on red shrimp. Additionally, an interactive "Seafood Hand-rolled Sushi Set" was introduced, allowing customers to arrange their own rolls, along with a "Kids' Experience Hand-rolled Sushi" set.

Key updates include using Yama-yuki tuna in every bowl, enhanced visual presentation, authentic Edomae red vinegar rice (akashari), and shifting to seaweed miso soup.
