Sinyi Realty (9940) Appoints NVIDIA Taiwan Head Eunice Chiu to Audit Committee

Sinyi Realty Inc. (Stock Code: 9940) announced the list of new members for its 7th Audit Committee on May 18, 2026.

This change is the result of a by-election for one independent director seat. Eunice Chiu has been selected to replace the outgoing member, Wu Chih-wei, who previously served as an independent director.

Eunice Chiu currently holds the position of Global Vice President and General Manager for Taiwan at NVIDIA. Her appointment became effective on May 18, 2026. She will serve the remainder of the current term, which spans from May 21, 2025, to May 20, 2028.
