3443 GUC Board of Directors Election Results

On May 21, 115, Global Unichip Corp. (GUC) held its annual general meeting and conducted a full re-election of its board of directors due to the expiration of their terms. The newly elected corporate directors are Zhang Lisi, Dai Shangyi, Huang Renzhao, and Lu Lizhong, representing TSMC. The independent directors are Jin Lianfang, Ding Yukang, Huang Cuihui, Chen Houming, and Chen Zhaohong. Lu Lizhong, a new board member, holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Yale University and serves as the Vice President of R&D and Design and Technology Platform at TSMC. Chen Zhaohong, a new independent director, holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of London and is an Associate Professor at the College of Law, National Taiwan University.
