2006 Tung Ho Steel: Expiration of Sustainability Committee Members' Terms

On May 22, 2026, Tung Ho Steel Enterprise Corp. announced the expiration of the terms for the members of its third Sustainability Committee. The outgoing members are Hou Chieh-teng (Chairman), Liu De-ming (Independent Director), and Liu Chi-kang (Independent Director). This change is in accordance with the full re-election of directors at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, as the committee members' terms are aligned with those of the board. New members have not yet been appointed and will be announced following a future board meeting.
