World Gym Taiwan (2762) announced the results of its board election held on May 25, 2026, following the expiration of the previous term. The newly elected directors are John Caraccio (柯約翰), Michael A. Sancipria, Lionel de Saint-Exupery, Sanjay Sachdeva, and Wu Zhong-Yi (吳忠懌). The newly elected independent directors are Xiao Nai-Zhang (蕭乃彰), Chen Hui-Ming (陳慧銘), Lin Xin-Yin (林心印), and Zhang Zhi-Wei (張志偉). The new appointments became effective on May 25, 2026.
