Yuanta Financial Holdings announces that its subsidiary, Yuanta Securities, has acquired the 115th-year 50th issue of perpetual non-cumulative subordinated financial bonds issued by CTBC Bank. The transaction date was May 25, 2026. The total transaction amount is NT$3.8 billion (3,800 units at NT$1 million per unit). The counterparty, CTBC Bank, is not a related party.
