3530 Crystal Image Audit Committee Election

Crystal Image announced on May 25, 2025, the election of its audit committee due to the expiration of terms. The outgoing independent directors are Li Chang-zhou, Li Xin-xin, and Lai Jun-hao. The newly appointed independent directors are Cheng Ya-hui (Partner at PwC Taiwan), Wang Yao-dong (Consultant at Zhaojiyuan Micro-system Technology), and Tseng Fan-jung. Cheng Ya-hui has been appointed as the convener of the audit committee. The changes are effective as of May 25, 2025.
