Ma Hai-Yi is permitted to serve as an independent director at Acepodia, Inc. (Cayman Islands), and Lo Li-Chu is permitted to serve as an independent director at An-Bang Biotech Co., Ltd. This permission applies for the duration of their tenure as directors at Formosa Pharmaceuticals. The resolution was passed with 98.72% of the voting rights present at the meeting in favor, as per the original proposal.
