ASE Holdings Subsidiary to Sell Yangmei Factory

ASE Holdings (3711) announced the sale of the Yangmei factory owned by its subsidiary, Taiwan Fu Lei Electronics, as follows:

1. Assets to be sold: - Land: Lot 810, You-Shi Section, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City. - Building: No. 429, Gaoshi Road, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City.

2. Transaction Price: 566 million TWD (excluding tax).

3. Counterparty: ASE Semiconductor Manufacturing (parent company, 100% owner of Taiwan Fu Lei Electronics).

4. Purpose: To optimize the overall planning and effective utilization of factory space within the group, and to expand the test production capacity of ASE Semiconductor's Zhongli branch plant.

5. Expected Profit: Approximately 49.96 million TWD in disposal profit is expected.

6. Decision-making Process: The transaction price was determined based on valuation reports from professional appraisal firms and internal evaluations according to corporate regulations. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee on May 25.
