2428 Singatron: Announcement on Appointment of Compensation Committee Members

On May 26, 115, due to the expiration of terms, Singatron appointed new members to the compensation committee. The new members are Chou Pao-heng (Independent Director of Singatron), Tseng Shu-hui (Vice General Manager of Yu-Shun Fishery Enterprise), and Su Ping-chang (Independent Director of Singatron). This follows the expiration of the terms of the previous members: Huang Cheng-nan, Tseng Shu-hui, and Chou Chi-wen. The new appointments are effective as of May 26, 115.
