6112 MetaAge: Announcement of AGM resolution to lift non-compete restrictions for directors

On May 26, 2025, MetaAge held its annual general meeting and passed a resolution to lift non-compete restrictions for its current directors and their representatives. The individuals covered by this resolution include the corporate director Qisda Corp and its representatives (Zeng Wen-xing, Hong Qiu-jin), as well as independent directors (Wang Jin-lai, Lai Shan-gui, Luo Ming-xiu). The authorization for non-compete activities applies for the duration of their tenure as directors of the company. The resolution was passed with the consent of more than two-thirds of the voting rights of the shareholders present, representing more than half of the total issued shares.
