The Company commits that, in the future, if it intends to reduce its ownership stake in its 100%-owned subsidiary, Jih Sheng Tai Chun Quan Shi Ye Co., Ltd., such action must first be resolved by the Company's Board of Directors, submitted for approval at a shareholders' meeting, and only after such approval may the action proceed.
