6. Response Measures: The commitments submitted by the Company upon its initial stock listing application and the subsequent implementation status are as follows:

Commitments: (1) The Taichung logistics center had not obtained a building use permit due to self-constructed additional floors. The Company committed to either obtaining the building use permit prior to stock listing, or relocating the Taichung logistics center to a compliant logistics warehouse facility for operations. (2) The Company committed that, in the future, any acquisition of securities from companies within the San Shang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. group must be reported to and approved by the Company’s Audit Committee and Board of Directors, and it will no longer participate in the capital increase of San Shang Mei Bang Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (3) For three years after listing, related-party transactions shall be approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors, and such transactions shall be included as special items in internal audits.

Implementation Status: (1) The Company has obtained the building use permit for the Taichung logistics center and has completed the required improvements. (2) The Company continues to comply with the above commitments. (3) The Company continues to comply with the above commitments.
