TSMC held a board meeting today (11th), during which the following key resolutions were made:
1. Approved the Q2 2026 operating report and financial statements, with consolidated revenue of approximately NT$1.27038 trillion, post-tax net profit of approximately NT$706.56 billion, and earnings per share (EPS) of NT$27.25.
2. Approved a cash dividend of NT$7.0 per share for Q2 2026. The dividend reference date for common shares is set for December 16, 2026, and the ex-dividend trading date is December 10, 2026. Pursuant to Article 165 of the Company Act, share transfers for common stock will be suspended from December 12, 2026, to December 16, 2026, five days prior to the dividend determination date. Dividends will be distributed on January 7, 2027.
