Response Measures: During the performance period of the relevant project, subsidiary Taiyu Broadband Co., Ltd. has already paid approximately NT$26.25 million to Zhen Cheng Co., Ltd. and Qian Xu Co., Ltd. The claim by the counterparties that they did not receive payment contradicts the Company's actual payment records. As Zhen Cheng and Qian Xu failed to fulfill their contractual obligations, the Company has filed a civil lawsuit, currently under review by the Kaohsiung District Court, Taiwan (Case No.: 115 Jian Zi No. 51). The Company respects the court's judgment. Regarding the media report on the former sales employee allegedly receiving kickbacks, Taiyu Broadband was unaware at the time. An internal investigation is currently underway. All individuals involved have already left the company. If the investigation confirms unauthorized personal conduct or other improper behavior, the Company will take legal action accordingly. 9. Other Disclosures: This matter involves a project performance dispute concerning subsidiary Taiyu Broadband. The company's operations remain normal.
