Our company supports April Dream, an initiative to make April 1st a day for sharing dreams. This press release is the dream of "Optima Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koji Naka), which has 21 years of experience and over 3,500 information security support achievements."
Our Dream
Our dream is to realize a company and society where people can work with peace of mind, free from the troubles of cyberattacks.
Amidst the daily threats of ransomware and unauthorized access, companies are constantly exposed to risks.
Through our past support experiences, we have witnessed the reality that "obtaining certification" and "being truly protected" are different.
That is why we believe that what is needed now is a "Serious ISMS" that is effective, not just formal.
The "Reality" Seen from 3,500 Sites
Since our founding 21 years ago, we have supported the establishment of information security systems for over 3,500 companies.
What we have seen in that process is the reality that "many companies have certification but are not protected."
What is a "Serious ISMS"?
The "Serious ISMS" we advocate is about building a system that is prepared for attacks and actually functions.
To achieve this, we emphasize the following three points:
1. Spreading a culture of "proper preparation"
Based on the knowledge and expertise cultivated over 21 years since our founding, we will work with customers to create a "Serious ISMS" that can firmly protect companies from increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks, regardless of whether they have certification.
2. Building a "calm response system" together
Even in the event of damage, we will minimize the impact and support the growth of a "flexible and strong organization" by establishing a system that allows everyone on site to act calmly.
3. Protecting the company through "increased awareness"
We support the "increased awareness" of each individual in the organization to view information security as their own responsibility and to confidently engage in their work, thereby protecting the company's valuable assets and trust.
21 years since founding. Now, a new resolve.
The internet environment has changed dramatically since we started 21 years ago. While technology evolves, malicious attacks never cease.
Leveraging our accumulated knowledge and achievements, we aim to realize a society where people can concentrate on their core business without fearing cyberattacks.
We will not let this dream end as just a dream. Taking April Dream, which designates April 1st as a day to share dreams, as an opportunity, we will change this society step by step, starting today.
What is "Serious ISMS"? Lectures and awareness activities are being conducted nationwide.
Representative's Comment
It has been 8 years since I advocated the concept of "Serious ISMS." This idea has become a conviction as I gained more experience in the field. Raising the information security standards of Japanese companies is not just about defense; it also leads to "offensive management" where companies can take on challenges with peace of mind. I am very pleased to be able to share this vision through the opportunity of April Dream.
