Located in the terrace area on the 2nd floor of Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, "Ablaze" boasts an exceptional location with a panoramic view of Tokyo Bay, including the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, spread out before your eyes. You can enjoy open-air dining surrounded by the ever-changing sky and sea breeze.

The menu features a total of 5 types of sets combining domestic beef, Black Wagyu beef, and seafood. In particular, a plate centered around a approximately 1kg Black Angus Tomahawk steak is perfect for group dining, characterized by being grilled whole with the bone on for sharing. In addition, we offer a premium set where you can savor Black Wagyu sirloin and lobster tail, as well as a standard set that allows you to enjoy a balanced selection of various meat dishes like domestic beef and pork spare ribs, and cheese dakgalbi-style options, along with seafood.

Furthermore, for those who want to indulge in meat, we offer the "Meat Lover Set," limited to 10 guests per day, where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat domestic beef sirloin, ribeye, and more. You can fully enjoy chef's special curry, seafood, salads, and desserts.
