Cloud ERP 'Reforma PSA' Launches 'Document Management Option' to Digitize Internal Applications

Oro Inc. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Atsushi Kawata; hereinafter "Oro") has implemented an upgrade to its cloud ERP system 'Reforma PSA' (hereinafter "Reforma"), which it develops and provides, in June 2026.

With this upgrade, we have started offering the "Document Management Option," enabling users to create and circulate company-specific applications within the system. This enhancement allows for flexible and efficient information management.

Background of the Upgrade

Since November 2019, Reforma has continuously developed and implemented new features approximately once every two months, based on user feedback.

To collect broader user input, we conducted user surveys and held meetings with existing Reforma customers, receiving requests such as:

"We want to complete internal workflows like approvals within Reforma" "We want to recreate our company-specific formats for applications and surveys within Reforma"

In response to these requests and market needs, this upgrade introduces the "Document Management Option," which has been gradually rolled out to users starting at the end of June 2026.

New Capabilities and Benefits

The "Document Management Option" enables users to create and circulate various applications—such as approvals and confirmations—directly within Reforma.

Users can select their preferred format for each application and freely customize input fields to create company-specific forms.

Additionally, the option supports setting up approval workflows and storing approval logs, preserving audit trails showing who approved what and when. This contributes to advancing paperless operations and strengthening internal controls.

・General affairs and HR-related applications (e.g., address changes, business card orders)

・Internal surveys

※ Since this option includes the ability to attach files during applications, subscription to the "File Management Option" is required to use it.

Future Outlook

Reforma, a cloud ERP tailored for project-based businesses such as IT, advertising, consulting, creative, and design industries, has already been adopted by over 500 companies, supporting their operational and project management.
