The Seikyukai, consisting of young members of the Osaka Prefecture Real Estate Transaction Association (Location: Chuo-ku, Osaka City; Chairman: Kiyotaka Yamamoto; hereinafter referred to as "Osaka Takken"), will conduct blood donation and bone marrow bank donor registration promotion activities at 7 locations in Osaka Prefecture from 10:00 to 16:30 on Saturday, April 18, 2026. This year, Atsushi Katahira, a meteorologist and blood donation promotion ambassador, will again assist with announcements and other activities.

Furthermore, because blood cannot be stored long-term (the shelf life of blood products is 6 days after donation for platelets and 28 days for red blood cells), it is necessary to constantly secure new blood.

To contribute to the healthy living of local residents daily through real estate, Osaka Takken, which conducts social contribution activities in cooperation with a wide variety of administrative bodies and companies, has been continuing large-scale blood donation and bone marrow bank donor registration promotion activities in Osaka Prefecture since 2023 as part of these efforts.

With the cumulative number of blood donors reaching 1,289, we are aiming for a cumulative total of 1,700 people through this event.
