Osaka University of Economics Men's Lacrosse Club Signs Sponsorship Agreement with Ogawa Electric Co., Ltd.

Osaka University of Economics (President: Shunichiro Yamamoto / Location: Higashiyodogawa-ku, Osaka) will receive support from Ogawa Electric Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yudai Ogawa / Location: Abeno-ku, Osaka), a comprehensive electronics trading company, as a sponsor to display their logo on the men's lacrosse club uniforms.

A press conference to announce the sponsorship agreement will be held on July 14, 2026 (Tue.) at 10:00 AM.

The university's men's lacrosse club belongs to the Kansai Region 1st Division League of the West Japan Branch of the Japan Student Lacrosse Federation and is diligently practicing daily with the goal of becoming national champions. The club was founded in 1991 and currently has 58 members.

The players will play in new uniforms starting in July 2026.

At the press conference, Ogawa Electric Co., Ltd. President and CEO Yudai Ogawa, Osaka University of Economics President Shunichiro Yamamoto, lacrosse club coach Kenichi Taguchi, and two co-captains will take the stage, with the two co-captains wearing the new uniforms.
