Jazz has been influenced by music from around the world and has developed into a genre beloved by many today. Looking at a single song, one can see characteristics of various musical genres. We intend to explore the secrets of jazz, which possesses such depth and charm, under the theme of 'connecting.'

### Performers **Bluesy Blue** A Latin rock band that was active in Yokosuka from the 1960s to the early 1980s has reunited in Yokohama with new, versatile members. Renamed from 'Latin Rock Nazca' to 'Bluesy Blue' in honor of leader Katsumi Fujita's big band, 'Bluesy Peppers.' They have a repertoire covering jazz, Latin rock, and Showa pop.
**Katsumi Fujita (Tenor Saxophone)** Leader of big bands 'Nazca' and 'Bluesy Peppers,' and jazz combos 'Kosca' and 'Bluesy Blue.' Started his professional career at Yokosuka EM Club in 1965. Formed big band 'Nazca' in 2004. Took over as the 3rd leader of Minoru Nanri and the Red Peppers in 2015 (now Bluesy Peppers). Inherited 'Cliffside All Stars' in 2018 with professional musicians associated with Cliffside.
**Kiyotaka Nanasawa (Violin)** Graduated as valedictorian from the Music High School affiliated with Tokyo University of the Arts, the university itself, and Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris. 1st place in the Rostal Competition in Switzerland. Served as concertmaster for the Biel Symphony Orchestra in Switzerland for three years. After returning to Japan, served as concertmaster for the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra for 20 years. Has served as guest concertmaster for major orchestras. Currently planning, managing, and performing in multiple concert series nationwide.
