We are pleased to announce that our company has been awarded the contract for 'Public-Private Partnership Regional Development Support Services' in Ide Town, Kyoto Prefecture.
This project aims to promote sustainable regional development by leveraging public-private partnership methods to effectively utilize local resources, create exchanged and related populations, and resolve regional issues.
In this project, working in cooperation with local businesses, community organizations, and administrative agencies, we will provide planning, coordination, and implementation support for the examination of existing facility utilization, revitalization of exchange hubs, and polishing of local projects, with the goal of revitalizing the local economy and creating local bustle.
Furthermore, we will work to construct a model for regional revitalization through public-private partnerships, as well as create new value utilizing local resources and provide support for resolving the issues faced by the town.
Main Support Content
(1) Consideration and support for the overall concept for the development of accommodation functions at the Machizukuri Center Tsubakisaka
(2) Consideration and support for building tour circuits connecting the Machizukuri Center Tsubakisaka with exchange hubs (such as Musubiya Ide, Teo Terrace Ide, etc.) and local businesses
(3) Consideration and support for the utilization of existing facilities (former Ide Town government office building, (tentative name) joint processing plant, etc.)
(4) Promotion of cooperation with community organizations and local businesses, and consideration and support for discussion methods

Future Developments
Our group promotes regional revitalization projects through public-private partnerships with local governments and regional businesses across the country, with the mission of 'gathering people in regions, creating bustle, and energizing local residents.'
Through this project, we will apply our accumulated expertise in 'Region x Human Resources x Co-creation' to revitalize the local economy and resolve regional issues in Ide Town, while also promoting the deployment of this model as a sustainable regional development example to other regions.
Although we anticipate that the impact on our current financial results will be minor, we believe that this will contribute to enhancing the corporate value of our group in the mid-to-long term. We will provide updates promptly should any matters requiring disclosure arise.
