This content is designed for users in the maternity period, who often experience significant physical and mental changes and may have anxieties about meal preparation. It offers hints on how to spend time "kindly to yourself" by utilizing Pal System's products. In addition to expert advice from registered dietitians and public health nurses, it introduces products that are useful during morning sickness and physical discomfort, based on user testimonials gathered through surveys.

Three Features of the Content

1. Efficient Intake of Iron and Folic Acid. Product Introductions Supervised by a Registered Dietitian Kanako Shimizu, a registered dietitian, supervises the introduction of products that can help users easily supplement "iron," "folic acid," and "protein," which are recommended for intake during pregnancy. The content explains the importance of these nutrients and supports informed product selection.
