Domestic Spanish Mackerel with Rich Salt Butter Stir-fry" from Monday, April 6th. By cooking with preferred vegetables in a single frying pan, a fish dish rich in vegetables can be easily prepared. It was developed through user surveys and exchanges of opinions.

Easy Cooking with Versatile Salt Butter Flavor

"Cook with Vegetables! Domestic Spanish Mackerel with Rich Salt Butter Stir-fry" includes 6-7 slices of domestically caught Spanish mackerel, cut into easy-to-eat sizes and floured, set with a rich salt butter sauce. By cooking with preferred vegetables in a single frying pan, a fish dish rich in vegetables can be easily prepared. It can also be arranged by combining it with pasta or udon. The packaging includes clear cooking instructions so that even middle school children can prepare it.

The main ingredient selected is domestically caught Spanish mackerel landed in Japan. By pan-frying, the fish remains intact even when stir-fried with vegetables, offering a fluffy texture. The accompanying sauce features a "salt butter flavor" that pairs well with Spanish mackerel and various vegetables, creating a seasoning that encourages eating rice.
