Panasonic Housing Solutions Co., Ltd. will begin providing the business support system 'Sumai Base' to its member stores, the Panasonic Reform Club, starting June 1, 2026. The system is also planned for future rollout to the Panasonic Builders Group and Panasonic Sumai Partners for new construction and renovation projects. The construction industry is currently facing chronic labor shortages, leading to increased operational complexity. With the implementation of overtime regulations in April 2024, improving productivity and operational efficiency has become a critical challenge. Designed based on actual field operations, 'Sumai Base' digitizes the know-how from existing systems and provides analytical functions for customer acquisition, sales, and management. This allows businesses to move away from intuition-based decision-making. Furthermore, the system ensures stable business operations through high-level security and unlimited data storage.
