[PARCO CITY] Parco City Bargain Starts Friday, June 26th

San-A Urasoe West Coast PARCO CITY (Uraso City, Okinawa Prefecture) will hold its summer sale, "Parco City Bargain," from Friday, June 26, 2026, to Sunday, July 12, 2026. Continuing from last year, we will feature tie-up sales visuals and in-store decorations with the popular Okinawa-originated anime "Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko ga Hougen Sugite Tsura Sugiru." Furthermore, this year, in collaboration with Uruma City, which is also the setting for the anime, we will implement projects that will lead to increased excitement for both PARCO CITY and Uruma City.

Parco City Bargain Event Outline

From Friday, June 26, 2026, to Sunday, July 12, 2026, we will hold our biannual major sale, "Parco City Bargain." Continuing from last year, we will feature TV commercials through a tie-up with "Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko ga Hougen Sugite Tsura Sugiru," and display visuals in 19 locations within the facility.

Friday, June 26th: Press Conference at Uruma City Hall

In conjunction with this tie-up, a press conference will be held at Uruma City Hall on Friday, June 26th.

Uruma City Mayor Masato Nakamura and San-A Parco Co., Ltd. Representative Director Fumikatsu Uechi will attend to explain the details and intentions of this tie-up project.

This year's Parco City Bargain features a tie-up with Uruma City, Okinawa Prefecture, the setting of "Oki Tsura" (short for the anime).

In addition to enjoying shopping at PARCO CITY, we will hold events that allow visitors to enjoy this summer by promoting the charms of Uruma City, which they may not have known before, thereby boosting both PARCO CITY and Uruma City.

Oki Tsura Characters AR Photo Frame Project

During the Parco City Bargain period, scanning the QR codes on the life-sized panels installed in 10 locations within the facility will activate original AR photo frames featuring "Oki Tsura" characters.

This project allows participants to find photogenic spots around PARCO CITY and enjoy taking photos using these photo frames.

Additionally, to enable the use of these AR photo frames at the anime's settings in Uruma City, a limited quantity of location maps with participation QR codes will be distributed at various locations within the facility.

Aim for the Best Shot in PARCO CITY and Uruma City! AR Photo Contest

In conjunction with the AR photo frame project, we will hold a photo contest.

The photo contest is open to those who take photos using the AR photo frames activated by scanning QR codes on the life-sized panels installed in PARCO CITY and the location map, and post them on X (formerly Twitter) with a quote reply using the hashtag "#パルコシティバーゲン". The grand prize winner will receive a complete set of the manga "Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko ga Hougen Sugite Tsura Sugiru" signed by the author, Egumi Sora, for one person.

Uruma's Best! Manma Uruma Raffle

During the Parco City Bargain period, customers who spend 3,000 yen or more (tax included, not cumulative) at shops within the facility, or customers who scan the QR code on the life-sized panels installed in the facility and post a photo taken with the activated AR photo frame on social media, can participate in a raffle.

We have prepared luxurious prizes for a total of 150 winners, including a "Hotel Hamahiga Resort 1-night 2-day pair accommodation ticket," "Yamashiro Beef Steak Meat," "Katsuren Castle Ruins & Amaru Park Entrance Ticket," and "Oki Tsura Goods," all filled with the charms of Uruma City, with whom we are collaborating this time.
