(Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Koichi Nishikawa) announces the planned openings in July 2026 of Times Parking facilities that enable the "Park & Ride" method, and Times Car Stations that enable the "Rail & Car Share" method, both of which contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Under its group philosophy of "Realizing comfort that meets the times and anticipates them," the PARK24 Group works to solve various societal issues through its business activities. In its parking and car-sharing services, which provide a stress-free mobility environment, the Group promotes the development of mechanisms and services to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the vehicles used for transportation.

For its parking services, the company is developing parking facilities that enable "Park & Ride," where users drive to their nearest station, park their car in a lot near the station, and then travel to their destination using public transportation such as trains.

For its car-sharing services, the company is actively opening stations that enable "Rail & Car Share," where users travel to their destination's nearest station via public transportation, and then use a car-sharing vehicle from a station near their arrival point.

Both methods are expected to contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by decreasing vehicle mileage through the combined use of cars and public transportation.

In July, there will be 39 parking facilities suitable for "Park & Ride" and 108 stations suitable for "Rail & Car Share" opening or scheduled to open.

Information on planned openings for parking facilities and car-sharing stations will be announced on the 5th business day of each month.
