Shiseido Parlour will offer limited-time menus inspired by "Azuma Odori" from Tuesday, May 12 to Saturday, May 31, 2026.

"Azuma Odori," which began in Taisho 14 (1925), continues to convey the unique "iki" (chic sophistication) of Shinbashi, woven by geisha and traditional Japanese restaurants. To celebrate its 101st performance in May 2026, the Ginza Main Store Salon de Café will feature the "Azuma Odori Parfait," popular annually for its Japanese modern ambiance, and the "Shinbashi Color Ice Cream Soda," inspired by the kimono colors favored by Shinbashi geisha, both for a limited time. Furthermore, the Ginza Main Store Shop will offer the "Azuma Odori Parfait Cake" for a limited period. Reflecting on the anecdote that Shinbashi geisha, after shamisen lessons, would take a moment with soda water before heading to a traditional restaurant, please enjoy these special annual menus.

**"Shinbashi Color" Ice Cream Soda** 1,300 yen Available at: Ginza Main Store Salon de Café In the late Meiji era, Shinbashi geisha favored blue-green kimonos, which became a popular trend and was thus called "Shinbashi Color."
