'FIRSTA III' is a mixed-use commercial and residential facility at the heart of a redevelopment project promoted by Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd. In March this year, the discount supermarket 'OK Koiwa Ekimae Store' opened its doors on the 1st and 2nd floors. 'Paseos Koiwa Ekimae Store' will open on the 3rd floor of this facility.
